Please place your order and submit payment by 11:00 am Monday-Thursday to receive your order the next working day. If it is a Friday your order will be shipped on the next working day.

1st Class Signed for


Delivery times vary, please allow 2-3 working days. We aim to process your order on the same day your monies clear into our accounts.

2nd Class Signed for


Delivery times vary, please allow 2-5 working days. We aim to process your order on the same day your monies clear into our accounts.

Products are despatched in the afternoon every working day (Mon-Fri) and so we have a cut-off for orders at 11:00 am.

Our quoted delivery price includes any packaging materials we have used. When paying with PayPal please ensure the delivery address is the same as the address you used for the order on our website, we will only ship to the address approved by PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

  •  Item(s) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and untested. 

  •  Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, starting from the day your item was delivered.

  • The item(s) are returned at the buyer’s cost and the buyer will not be reimbursed for the cost by Andreea Nails


Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once your order has been processed. 

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Deposits are not refunded. Once a class is booked and the deposit paid we cannot undo and refund the deposit.

Please make sure you select the class suitable for you. If you have any concerns please get in contact with us on

Classes booked can not be postponed. If you require to cancel your class you`ll have to book another class and pay the deposit again for the class booked.

No refund or exchange will be given without a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

Delivery charges are refundable only in the case that we are typing the delivery address incorrect.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
